Delivery to United Kingdom only by Courier (DPD).
Next Day for orders received before Midday, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed & shipped from JST Electronics on the next working day.
Returns accepted under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. Buyer has to pay return postage.
If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. If you’ve changed your mind and want to send it back. Buyer has to pay return postage unless agreed differently by JST Electronics.
Refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned unit to JST Electronics to your original payment source.

Within the mail please state the reason for refund request. For example: Change of Mind/Product not as expected/Product arrived damaged.
We will the contact you if more details are required or to provide the instructions for return, we ask that you pay for the return, however they will be exceptional circumstances when we will coordinate a collection from you at JST Electronics cost.
Once you have returned the product to us, we will acknowledge receipt, and if conditions are met we will arrange a refund to original source of payment.
